ChangeAgility Limited was formed in 1999 by Steve CANT, a management consultant with over 25 years’ experience both with 'Big 5' and other smaller management consultancies. ChangeAgility can employ many of the principles and methodologies of a global consultancy, whilst being able to offer the innovation, value and flexibility of a smaller firm. ChangeAgility takes its cue from Agile Software development taking the agile principles and applying them them Programme Management and business Change - see diagram.
